Since 1907, Peters Ice Cream has been an Australian tradition. Creating our favourite iconic ice creams for generation after generation. Peters believes in the power of ice cream, the joy it brings people and the moments it creates. Our task was to bring the new “Treat Life Joyfully” platform to life and refresh that feeling to a new generation of Australians to ensure Peter’s Ice Cream remains just as loved for the next 100 years.

We created a new identity that was as fun, playful and as authentic as the ice creams themselves. A belief that’s as true today as it was back in 1907. ‘Peters Ice Cream create moments of joy for every taste, every need, everybody and every wallet. We connect ice cream lovers to themselves, to each other, to the world around them and most importantly, to the moment. When they reach success, we’re a joyful reward. On a hot day, we’re a joyful relief. During a tough time, we’re a joyful companion. Because there’s no person, place or pursuit that couldn’t use a little more joy.’

Teaming up with the world-renowned illustrator Sebastian Curi, we created a visual language that expressed that sentiment. Using bold energetic colours, strong lines and expressive shapes, we focused on people and moments, because that’s what Peters Ice Cream does best. To inspire people to treat life joyfully through the power of ice cream.
