Aussies are sick of health insurance. It's expensive, confusing, and a lot of the time, no one really knows how much it can help them. Not-for-profit insurer, Health Partners, was created to tackle these very issues. To put South Aussies first. To do right by customers, in an industry that all too often falls short. But for a brand with such a noble approach, not enough people knew. We set out to change this with a new visual identify and brand platform that leads with the brand’s purpose, ‘Health Insurance. Done Right.’ Punchy, concise and genuine.

Health Insurance has been questionable for so long that people have forgotten what it feels like when it’s done right. Not knowing you’re covered. Paying a heap for stuff you thought you’d already paid for. Paying for things you don’t know if you even need. It’s just the way things are, right? Wrong. At Health Partners, we believe insurance should be there when you need it, and give you cover you can be confident in.
